With over 20 years experience and a plethora of international and domestic awards under her belt, Heather Mason is an expert when it comes to event strategy, innovation, design and execution. In 2005, she founded Caspian Agency, a firm known for innovation, production and training, and focused on the social good sector.
This focus has led to successful projects for The Skoll Foundation, Omidyar Network, The Rockefeller Foundation, The Shoah Foundation, Bayer Foundation, New America, Code for America and multiple convenings at the United Nations.
Heather’s creative solutions have brought people all over the world together to engage, influence and connect. Early on, she recognized that there was no codified method for creating and executing strategic events at scale, and created the Caspian 10 Essentials which have been taught to event teams at Oxford University, Swansea University, Cheung Keung School of Business in London, Claremont University and the Kew Foundation. Starting in 2020, she has been an instructor in the Masters in Meetings and Events Program at San Diego State University where she teaches “Financials and Economics.”
