Deandra Simon is a passionate and experienced multimedia storyteller with a proven track record of success in driving strategic partnerships, sales, and innovative content at companies like Apple, Disney, and Paramount. She is currently a Technical Program Manager for Apple Music, where she works cross-functionally with third-party partners worldwide to manage new features and ship software releases to millions of customers.
Outside of her work at Apple, Deandra is a dedicated volunteer and advocate for diversity and inclusion in the entertainment industry. She serves on the Black @ ADCOLOR Planning committee and drives strategic partnerships with non-profits that support high school and entry-level women interested in entertainment careers. Deandra is also passionate about the global expansion of social enterprises through media and technology.
Deandra holds a Master of Arts in Media Studies from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Arts in English and African-American Studies from John Jay College.
