President of Christian Haitian Entrepreneurial Society (CHES), Inc, a US and Haiti-based nonprofit founded in 2008. Inspired by her experiences as a Haitian-American who moved to rural Haiti during her adolescence, Rebecca founded CHES which educates, mentors and funds entrepreneurs in rural Haiti. To date, CHES has trained over 100 entrepreneurs of whom over 50% are women, and financed a women owned start-up in 2013. This summer, CHES will be working with a Hurricane Matthew-affected community to help them relaunch more climate resistant poultry farms with accompanying management and technical training. Rebecca received her MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Business and Social Innovation from Babson College. She earned her Bachelors in Science in Management from Bentley University.
