Economist and current advisor to the President of Haiti, Isnel joined public services in 2012 and became Economic Advisor of the Prime Minister. He served also as a member of the national commission for the the reinstatement of the National Bank of Agricultural Development. He coordinated Millennium Challenge Corporation reports and Doing Business for the Prime minister office. In 2014, he was named head of the Public Policy Unit of Prime minister office. At this position, he contributed to coordinate the validation of business laws to improve the business climate in Haiti in order to attract investment and jobs. Isnel received his Bachelor in Applied Economics from Centre de Techniques de Planification et d’Economie Appliquée (CTPEA) and he earned his master in Food and Resources Economics from the University of Florida. He focuses his works on financial inclusion and SME’s development.
