
Gaïna Dávila
Gaïna Dávila is a Communications professional who joined the State Department in 2014. Her first tour with the State Department was in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is currently serving as the Deputy Public Affairs Officer at U.S Embassy Bridgetown. Gaina’s portfolio covers Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States. Prior to joining the State Department, Gaina served as the co-founder of Minority Women’s Initiative (M.W.I.), a program founded in Levittown, Pennsylvania to assist economically disadvantaged young women. She holds a Bachelors in Foreign Policy and a Masters in International Communications. On her free time, she enjoys curating images and telling stories that uplift the human spirit.
